Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The analyst will provide direct ABA Therapy to clients and direct supervision services to Register Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs). BCBA will define and develop an Individualized Behavior Support Plan (BSP) to correct, maintain, or improve certain clients’ behaviors. The analyst will graph and analyze data and identify the effectiveness of BSP strategies. As responsibilities the BCBA will meet with clients’ families, teachers, or doctors to discuss the treatments and progress, and recommend ways to address behavioral issues.

Requirements and skills
• Current BACB’s Board Certificate of BCBA
• Current BACB’s Board approved as BCBA’s supervisor
• Excellent writing and verbal skills
• At least two years of experience working with children with special needs
• The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices, even when under duress by being calm, empathic, and patient nature

Register Behavior Technician (RBT)

The RBT is responsible for the implementation of a Behavior Support Plan (BSP), designed by the BCBA or BCaBA in the client’s natural settings: school, home, and community and to collect daily data on clients’ target behaviors.
 
Requirements:
• Current BACB’s Board Certificate of Register Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Excellent writing and verbal skills
• At least two years of experience working with children with special needs
• The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices, even when under duress by being calm, empathic, and patient nature
